At XACO WEAR, we ship from two locations to ensure fast and reliable delivery:

  • Hats and sunglasses ship directly from Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI).

  • Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sets, etc.) ships from Miami, Florida.

Please read the details below to understand our shipping process.

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–3 business days for hats and sunglasses (Saint Croix).

  • 2–4 business days for apparel (Miami).

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days. You will be notified of any major delays.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders Shipping from Saint Croix (Hats & Sunglasses)

We use USPS or local carriers depending on destination.

Estimated delivery:

  • USVI & Puerto Rico: 2–5 business days

  • USA Mainland: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days


Orders Shipping from Miami (Apparel)

Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on availability.

Estimated delivery:

  • USA Mainland: 3–7 business days

  • Puerto Rico: 3–6 business days

  • USVI: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Because our products ship from two different locations, your order may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

There is no additional cost for split shipments.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Weight

  • Number of items

  • Carrier prices

We do not control carrier pricing.


🌎 International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Please note:

  • Import duties, customs fees, or taxes are not included in our shipping rates.

  • These charges are the customer's responsibility.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery times.


❗ Lost or Delayed Packages

XACO WEAR is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost by the carrier

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or carriers

If your package is severely delayed, contact us and we’ll help you open a claim with the carrier.
